Billy Joel is so lame

Poor Billy. "Uptown Girl" came on the radio, he started sobbing because Christie broke up with him -- he's still upset about it 10 years later. Then he got all teary-eyed and couldn't see the road. At least, in my personal crusade against him, that's the story we're going with, because suddenly:

[searching brain for appropriate mean-spirited Billy Joel song-title reference...]

he's... "Moving Out..." of... up to the hospital? No, that's terrible. No... um...

[looks through discography...]

YIKES! Um, I'm now too scared to continue. Goodbye.

He should trade in his Beetle for a Cadilacacacacacac? Maybe? Geez, you'd think at least I'd be able to come up with something, what with my checked Billy-Joel-listening past.

Speaking of which, you'll be happy to know that Billy Joel's Vienna features prominently in 13 Going On 30 starring Alias.

Hah, you both LOSE. Actually, She-Big wasn't completely worthless. The Thriller dance is everything it's cracked up to be. My biggest complaint is actually that, even though Alias turns 30 due to magic wishing dust that will make all her heart's desires come true, and even though it's clear that one of those desires is to marry Rick Springfield, there is narry a cameo to be seen. Was it so hard to score Rick Springfield for your movie, Alias? Hell, I could probably get him to do a guest blog entry.

To bring things full circle in a very Furdell way, let's start the rumor that said redhead girl was Alyson Hannigan of Buffy and American Pie (not to mention LiAps fantasy) fame.
