He's talking, of course, about Van Helsing.
When I first heard about Van Helsing, I thought the concept was excellent. (sure, it's the same concept as LXG, but that was a great concept too!)
But then all the previews looked terrible, and all the clips I see look just awful. Very upsetting.
Andrew stole my comment - I was about to write the same thing.
I wasn't crazy for the finished product - the League of Extraordinary Gentleman. The idea was great, but the film was subpar.
Oh well.........
Well, let's look at the positives.
Kate in Leather? (yes, that counts as multiple positive hence the s)
I'm there.
"LXG." That still cracks me up. Stick with the source material: Alan Moore's comic does it right.
And Pup is right. Beckinsale + leather = all good. Bring on... ulp... "Underworld 2."
